Amazing Quality and Clarity

We had a personalized doormat made for our Mother with a photo of her toy poodle. She loves it so much that she wants to frame it and put it on her wall instead of using it as a doormat. We are all very impressed at the gorgeous quality of the puppies image on the mat.

Great surprise gift!

Will it look like my pet?

We turn your photo into a custom illustration of your pet, so the photo you send matters most. A sharp, front-facing photo in good light, with the whole head in frame, gives the best result.

Is it a bristly coir doormat?

No. It’s a flat, low-profile mat: a soft polyester microfiber top printed in full color, on a rubber backing, about 1/8 in (3 mm) thick. Your design is printed on the fabric, not woven or tufted.

Can I add 2, 3 or 4 pets? Cats too?

Yes. Pick 1 to 4 pets: dogs, cats or both. Each pet gets its own photo and its own name, and each name sits above its own pet.

Which size will I get?

1 or 2 pets: 24 x 16 in (61 x 41 cm). 3 or 4 pets: 30 x 18 in (76 x 46 cm). For scale, a 24 x 16 in mat covers about two thirds of the width of a standard 36 in front door.

How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?

Every mat is made to order. After we prepare your illustration, printing takes 1-5 business days, then tracked delivery takes 2-8 business days in the US, or about 14-21 business days to Canada. Shipping is $3.99, and free on orders from $59.99.

I don’t have a good photo yet. Can I still order?

You’ll need one photo of each pet to order. Any clear phone photo works: facing the camera, both eyes and ears visible, in daylight. A quick new photo today is often the best one.

Can I ship it straight to them as a gift?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Gift wrap isn’t included.

What does the live preview show?

Your names, your words, the background color and where each pet goes, with example pets. Your pet’s illustration is made from your photo after you order.

Is the illustration hand-drawn?

No. It’s a digital illustration we create from your photo. It isn’t hand-drawn or painted by an artist.

Can it go outside?

It’s made for front doors, covered porches and entryways. It isn’t an all-weather mat, so a covered spot is best. Keep it out of strong direct sun for long periods to protect the colors.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean: gently scrub the spot with a little mild soap and water. No bleach or harsh cleaners.

I made a typo. Can I change it?

Email us right away at contact@lingonivo.com with your order number and the correction. Each mat is printed to order, so changes are only possible before it goes to print.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
