The easy fix
Take the buckle off the front.
Two small straps do the job at your hips instead, one on each side. Your waistband is pulled in at both hips, and the middle stays flat.

Questions
Will it work on my pants?
If your pants have belt loops, yes in most cases. The hook goes in the front loop and the strap goes through the next loop at your hip. If those two loops are very far apart, the strap may not reach.
Does it really hold my pants up?
Wear one strap on each hip and close both snugly. It pulls your waistband in at your sides. On very stretchy or heavy pants, it holds less than a tight belt.
How many do I need?
Two, one for each hip. One set has exactly that.
How do I put it on?
Clip the hook into the front belt loop, pull the strap through the loop at your hip, fold it back and press it shut. It can take a try or two the first time.
Can people see it under my shirt?
There’s no buckle at the front, so no bump in the middle. With a tucked shirt, only the small straps at your hips show. Under an untucked shirt, a sweater or a jacket, they’re covered.
Is it comfortable sitting all day?
There’s no buckle in the middle, so no hard buckle presses on your belly when you sit or drive.
Do I take it off for the bathroom?
No. Unbutton your pants as usual. The straps stay on the sides.
What size is it?
One size. You set the tightness with the hook-and-loop.
Does the hook-and-loop come undone?
Press it flat along its full length. It holds best when it’s clean, so pick off lint now and then.
Will the hooks hurt my belt loops?
The hook just clips into the loop. Clip it in and out gently, and don’t yank the strap by the hook.
Can I move them to other pants?
Yes. Unhook, unwrap, and put them on the next pair.
Which color should I pick?
Black for dark jeans and dark pants. Brown for khakis and lighter denim. White for white or light pants.
