FAQ

Questions people ask

Can my cat get out?
The door closes with a zipper. Close it all the way and stay with your cat the whole time.
How big is it? Will my cat fit?
About 27.6 in (70 cm) across when open. Most house cats can stand, turn and walk inside. If your cat is very large, check the size first.
Does it really roll?
Yes. It’s a round ball, so it rolls as your cat walks. Use it on flat ground and keep it away from slopes, stairs, pools and roads.
My cat is scared of new things. Will it work?
Give it time. Leave the ball open in the living room for a day with a treat or a toy inside. Most cats walk in on their own when they’re curious.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. It works on the living room floor, a balcony or a patio, as long as you stay close.
How do I fold it?
Twist and fold it flat, like a pop-up laundry hamper. It takes a little practice the first time. Hold the hoops firmly when you fold and open it.
Is it safe in the sun?
Skip hot days in full sun. Keep sessions short, stay in the shade, and bring water for your cat.
How do I clean it?
Shake it out and wipe the mesh with a damp cloth. Let it dry before you fold it.
Which pack should I pick?
Buy 1 Get 1 FREE gives you 2 balls: one to keep, one to give. Buy 2 Get 2 FREE gives you 4 balls, the lowest price per ball.
How much is shipping? Is it a subscription?
Shipping to the US and Canada is $4.99. You pay once: no subscription.
