You spent an evening cutting them out. They looked great at four in the afternoon. By eight, when the first trick-or-treaters actually arrive, the wall is empty — because a black shape on a dark wall in the dark is nothing at all.
That’s the entire problem this solves. A small LED sits behind each bat, so the light lands on the wall around it. The bat stays a black silhouette; the wall does the glowing.

About the adhesive — read this before you stick them anywhere
We do not have the adhesive type or a removal method confirmed by the maker. That is the single most-asked question about every product in this category and we would rather say “we’re asking” than promise you clean removal we cannot guarantee.
What we would actually do: test one bat in a hidden corner for a day first. On fresh paint, on matt emulsion, on textured plaster or on anything that has been painted in the last month, take extra care — and consider small removable adhesive strips of your own instead. Peel slowly, downwards, at a shallow angle, never straight out.

Putting them up
Press each one on where you want it and angle the wings forward. Work outwards from the biggest, and leave gaps — a swarm needs air between the bats or it reads as wallpaper.
Switching them on
Each LED has its own small switch on the back. There is no remote and no app. Twelve or twenty-four switches, by hand, once at dusk. On a high wall that is a genuine consideration and we’d rather you knew now.

Is there a remote?
No. Each bat has its own small switch on the back and you turn them on by hand. On twenty-four bats that’s twenty-four switches, and we’d rather you knew that before ordering than after.
Are batteries included?
Not confirmed by the maker, and neither is the type or run time. Twelve or twenty-four units each need power, so it’s a real question — ask us before you order.
Are they really 3D or just stickers?
The wings fold forward so each bat stands off the wall and casts its own shadow. There’s a side-on photo on this page rather than a claim.
What colour do they glow?
Violet on most and warm red on some. We don’t have the split per set confirmed, so if you want all one colour, ask first.
How many do I need for my wall?

Can they go outside?
