- Wrap the top band around you, just under your bust, and close it.
- Hold the bottom band under your bump.
- Close one side. Pull the strap on the other side and close it.
- Adjust until it feels snug and comfy.

Favorite belly band
The top part is a game changer compared to bands that just go around the bottom of the belly. Most comfortable one I've bought, easy to put on with good stretch but still relieving discomfort and seamless material makes it much less obvious under clothes.

Pregnancy holy grail
This was essential for me during my pregnancy. It helped so much with my back pain, and I was able to wear it for long hours with no issues. Seriously reduces pain!
Bought it as Im starting to get bigger and was getting back and hip aches from longer walks and inclines. Tested it recently on a day of walking around Dollywood and a 5 mile hike with hills. Best pregnancy purchase thus far. This band provides comfortable support when Im cleaning the house or going on a walk, or I just feel like I need a little lift that day. Life Saver During 2nd and 3rd Trimesters!
This belly band greatly reduced my round ligament pain and back pain during the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. It got me through the work day every day until birth. This belly band fits well and stays put unlike some of the other ones I tried that slid off my belly. It is also very comfortable and not noticeable under my clothes. Super comfortable and supportive
My belly band showed up in perfect condition. I got an XL and currently weigh 240lbs at 24 weeks. I have PLENTY of room to adjust to my growing belly. It helps a lot with my increasing pelvic and back pain. It also makes my bump look more rounded. I get tons of compliments when I wear it. It's sturdy and doing its job. Is easy to use right now, but I could see possibly needing help adjusting it when I get bigger.

Highly recommend!
I'm 147lbs at 23weeks pregnant and got the medium size. I've struggled with back pain most my life so I knew this pregnancy at age 35 would be even harder on me. I had a different brand support band before this one and it wasn't near as flexible and hurt to wear. This one is 10x better! You get the support you need (when put on properly) and very comfortable! Loving it for my twin pregnancy
I received the item this morning and wore it all day under clothes and absolutely love it! Delicate fabric and easily adjustable! I got this in black so I won't worry about getting any stains on it! I'm 5'-3' and currently lb154, in my 25 week twin pregnancy. Used to wear S/XS before pregnancy and ordered Large and it fits great. I was at the edge of medium/large on the size chart and picked large as I'm expecting to grow bigger with twins. Haven't experienced any rolling or need for adjustment. Highly recommended!

Instant relief
I am in my second trimester and this provided instant relief the moment it arrived.
