Lingo Bone: the bone density powder that gives calcium everything it was missing
Calcium is the brick. Your bones are missing everything else.
You took the calcium. You took the vitamin D. And the scan still went the wrong way. Lingo Bone gives your skeleton what a calcium pill never could: the collagen frame that minerals harden onto, and the four cofactors that put calcium in your bones instead of your arteries.
- 5 g FORTIBONE® bone collagen peptides, the clinically studied dose
- Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (180 mcg) and D3 (2,000 IU) to aim calcium at bone
- Magnesium bisglycinate, boron, zinc and silicon for retention
- No strontium. No calcium carbonate. No magnesium oxide. No sugar.
Supports bone density and strength.* One unflavored scoop, 30 days per tub.

"I did everything right. Vitamin D, calcium, walking every day. So what did I do wrong?"
The most common sentence in every bone-health forum. The answer is usually: nothing wrong, just the wrong tools.
"The letter said osteopenia. Take calcium, come back in two years. That was the whole appointment."
Two years is a long time to wait with no plan, and calcium alone is not a plan.
"I don't want to start a bone drug for the rest of my life. But I don't want to do nothing either."
You can do both: keep every conversation with your doctor, and feed the bone the nutrients it rebuilds with.

Bone is a living frame, not a rock.
Ninety percent of your bone's structure is collagen: a flexible scaffold that minerals harden onto. Every day, one crew tears old bone down and another lays new bone on that scaffold. After 50, and especially after menopause, the tear-down crew speeds up and the builders slow down. Piling on more calcium does not fix that. It gives the builders bricks with no frame, and no foreman telling the bricks where to go.
Lingo Bone works on the whole system: the frame (collagen peptides), the foreman (vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, the protein that binds calcium into bone), the delivery (vitamin D3 for absorption) and the retention (magnesium, boron, zinc, silicon).
Rebuild the frame
5 g of FORTIBONE® collagen peptides signal bone-building cells to produce new collagen matrix.
Aim the calcium
Vitamin K2 as MK-7 activates osteocalcin so calcium is deposited in bone, not soft tissue.
Deliver it
Vitamin D3 helps you absorb calcium; magnesium is the cofactor that lets vitamin D do its job.
Keep it
Boron, zinc and silicon support mineral retention and collagen formation.
The doses are on the front, because you read labels.

Two of the most studied bone nutrients, at the doses that were studied.
Collagen peptides: 12-month trial
131 postmenopausal women with reduced bone density took 5 g of FORTIBONE® collagen peptides or placebo daily for 12 months. Bone mineral density rose in the collagen group at both the spine and the femoral neck, while the placebo group kept losing bone. A follow-up tracked the gains over four years.

Vitamin K2 MK-7: 3-year trial
244 healthy postmenopausal women took 180 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7 or placebo daily for three years. The K2 group showed significantly less bone loss at the lumbar spine and femoral neck, and better bone strength markers.

Results are from clinical trials on individual ingredients at the doses used in Lingo Bone, not from trials of Lingo Bone as a finished product. Individual results vary.
Three things most bone supplements put in that we would not put in ours.
Strontium
Strontium is heavier than calcium and settles into bone, which makes a DEXA scan read higher without proving the bone is stronger. We want your next scan to be an honest number.
Calcium carbonate
The cheapest form, poorly absorbed without stomach acid, and the one most likely to bloat you. We use a modest dose of calcium citrate and let the rest come from your plate.
Magnesium oxide
Cheap, badly absorbed, and better known as a laxative. We use bisglycinate and malate, the forms your gut actually takes up.
| Per day | Lingo Bone | Typical calcium + D pill | Typical calcium + strontium pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collagen frame (5 g bone peptides) | Yes | No | Separate product |
| Vitamin K2 as MK-7 at 180 mcg | Yes | Rarely | Often lower |
| Magnesium form | Bisglycinate + malate | Oxide | Oxide or citrate |
| Strontium | None | None | Yes |
| Pills per day | 0, one scoop | 2 to 4 | 6 or more |
| Fits in your morning coffee | Yes | No | No |

One scoop. Same time every day. Then judge it on your scan.
- Mix one level scoop into coffee, water or yogurt, with a meal. It has no taste and it does not clump.
- Heat is fine: collagen peptides and the minerals are stable in hot coffee.
- Keep taking any calcium or medication your doctor prescribed. Lingo Bone is food for the frame, not a replacement for care.
What to expect, honestly
Weeks 1 to 4: nothing you can feel. Bone works underneath.
Months 2 to 3: some people notice steadier energy from the magnesium and D3; the bone is still quietly rebuilding.
Month 6: your next DEXA is the honest judge. Ask for one, and bring the checklist below.

Five questions worth asking your doctor.
- Can we check my vitamin D level, and what is my target?
- Can we run a bone turnover marker (CTX) so we see change in months, not years?
- Should my parathyroid (PTH) and calcium be checked?
- Could celiac disease or my other medications be part of the bone loss?
- When is my next DEXA, and can I get it sooner?
Bone loss has causes. A supplement helps you rebuild; your doctor helps you find out why it is happening. Do both.

Picking her up without thinking about it.
The women in bone-health forums do not talk about T-scores first. They talk about the grandchild they stopped lifting, the walk they shortened, the stairs they take one hand on the rail. Bone density is a number. Independence is the point.
Anyone over 45 who has been told to "take calcium and come back later." Women after menopause. Men, who lose bone too and are rarely screened. People losing weight fast on GLP-1 medication, when bone can go with the fat.
You take a blood thinner such as warfarin (vitamin K2 interacts with it). You are pregnant or nursing. You have a history of kidney stones or kidney disease. You take a prescribed bone medication: do not stop or change it on your own.

Hi, we're LingoNivo.
We build simple products for people who want to keep doing what they love: talk to anyone on a trip, and carry the groceries up the stairs at 75. Lingo Bone came from reading hundreds of messages from people who did everything their doctor said, watched their scan drop anyway, and were sent home with a bottle of calcium. We wanted the rest of the recipe in one honest scoop. A real human answers every email.
Straight answers.
Is this a replacement for my osteoporosis medication?
No. Lingo Bone is a dietary supplement that supplies the nutrients bone is built from. If you have been prescribed a bone medication, keep taking it and talk to your doctor before changing anything. Many people take both.
I already take calcium and vitamin D. Do I still need this?
That is exactly the situation Lingo Bone was made for. Calcium and D are the bricks and the delivery truck. Lingo Bone adds the collagen frame, the vitamin K2 that directs calcium into bone, and the magnesium, boron, zinc and silicon that keep it there. You can keep a separate calcium if your doctor wants a higher dose.
Why is there so little calcium in it?
On purpose. Most people already get calcium from food or a pill, and high-dose calcium without K2 and magnesium is the part that keeps failing. We include 300 mg as citrate, the form absorbed without stomach acid, and put the budget into the cofactors instead.
Why no strontium?
Strontium is heavier than calcium, so once it sits in bone a DEXA scan reads higher whether or not the bone is truly stronger. We would rather you and your doctor see a real number.
Does it taste of anything? Can I put it in hot coffee?
It is unflavored with a hint of vanilla and no sweet aftertaste. Hot coffee is fine: collagen peptides are heat-stable, and so are the minerals.
How long before I see anything?
Bone remodels slowly. In the collagen trial, density was measured after 12 months. Plan on daily use for at least six months and judge it on your next scan, not on how you feel in week two.
Is it for men too?
Yes. One in four men over 50 will break a bone from osteoporosis, and men are rarely screened. The formula is the same for both.
I take a blood thinner. Can I use it?
Ask your doctor first. Vitamin K2 can interfere with warfarin and similar anticoagulants.
Is it vegan?
No. FORTIBONE® is a bovine collagen peptide from grass-fed cattle; there is no vegan collagen with the same clinical evidence. It is dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free.
Where is it made?
In the USA, in a cGMP-registered facility, with third-party testing on every batch.
One scoop a day. 30 servings per tub.
